WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Supervise the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve Operational Standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area / shift approach.
- Ensure current processes established on Work Instructions and trainings on Excellence School.
- Identify and bring new standards to operation.
- Communicate Objectives & KPIs applicable to your team (coordinators), align the expected frequency for tracking them, how the results are calculated and on which reports they can find the results
- Have clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your position and to your team
- Update Daily resource planning for next shift, based on latest volume and volume profile information

- Previous First Line Manager Experience
- IT Literate, With Microsoft Office Packages
- Experience of working in a busy supply chain environment
- Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
- Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
- You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
