You will join the Clearstream Fund Services team, a key growth area within Deutsche Börse Group. We are seeking a results-driven and consultative Sales Manager to drive the commercial adoption of our new blockchain-based, cloud-native market infrastructure for fund distribution. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital asset servicing. You will act as a senior point of contact for institutional clients, leveraging your market expertise and a consultative approach to translate client needs into actionable solutions. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with Clearstream's cutting-edge capabilities.
Your responsibilities
- Define and execute the sales strategy for our Digital TA SaaS platform, taking ownership of the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Lead client engagement with senior stakeholders across the value chain, delivering compelling presentations on the platform's value proposition.
- Drive a solution-selling process through close collaboration with technical, product, and other relevant teams across Deutsche Börse Group.
- Lead the preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals, complex pricing models, and contractual terms.
- Provide critical market intelligence and client feedback to product development teams to ensure our solution remains competitive and aligned with market needs.
- Maintain strong pipeline management, delivering accurate forecasting and demonstrating sophisticated deal-structuring skills.
Your profile
- University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record of closing high-value institutional deals, ideally within fintech, fund services, or market infrastructure.
