Your Area of Work: Clearstream Fund Data Services (CFS) is a leading service and software provider to the global investment fund industry. We work with the world’s leading fund managers and administrators around the world to aggregate, format, and disseminate their fund data and reporting documents. Throughout this entire process, we control, report, and actively follow up on their quality and accuracy. We offer data management, reporting, and dissemination solutions that enable our clients to free up their time and resources, so they can concentrate on their core business.
This position is based in our London office.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify asset management leads in the UK and Ireland.
- Develop a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and convert these into completed sales to meet global sales targets.
- Promote CFS value proposition within the asset management industry through proactive outreach, participation in industry conferences, and targeted campaigns.
- Demonstrate creativity in sales by combining offerings or creating unique solutions that deliver strong ROI or cost savings for the asset manager.
- Utilize a deep understanding of CFS’ sales model, methodology, processes, and tools to communicate key information effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of CFS’ product and service portfolio, translating this into client business outcomes in sales cases.
- Continuously monitor buy-side industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Address competitive sales objections and position CFS’ products and services effectively against competitors, ensuring alignment with client needs and translating into concrete sales outcomes.
- Respond promptly to tenders and requests for information/proposals, providing accurate and detailed information to position CFS favourably.
Your Profile:
- Advanced Sales Expertise managing complex and extended sales cycles.
- Skilled in creating new business opportunities identifying key decision-makers and closing new business.
- Proven ability in winning new clients with a focus on securing deals with new asset managers rather than upselling or cross-selling to existing clients.
- Demonstrated experience in advanced solution sales, managing complex and extended sales cycles that result in seven-figure deals.
- Preferred experience working at a vendor servicing the asset management industry within the UK and Ireland.
- Strong understanding of the asset management and financial services industry, including relevant regulations and industry trends.
- Willingness to Travel if needed.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
