As a Partnership Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and activating the strategic partnerships between Deutsche Bank and key sport and culture partners. You will coordinate partnership activities, drive brand visibility, and ensure the success of joint initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of Germany’s largest bank and a leading, shaping innovative marketing initiatives and directly influencing the success of co-branded campaigns, sponsorships, and joint activations. You will support business growth, client engagement, and cultural alignment, unlocking new opportunities for both partners in a dynamic, agile team with exposure to high-profile projects and senior stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day partnership activities, with a specific focus on ensuring effective communication and collaboration between Deutsche Bank.
  • Plan, organise, and execute partnership projects and global events, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage partnership budgets, optimise delegate management systems, ensure seamless end-to-end client invitation journeys across all business units and deliver insightful business-focused reports as applicable and develop and implement content plans and social media campaigns to amplify partnership activities.
  • Propose and implement creative solutions to enhance partnership value and streamline processes.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations to keep the partnership at the forefront of sports marketing.
  • Responsible for supporting and executing legal, strategic marketing, operational delivery, and contract negotiation activities.

Your skills and experience:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, with significant experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship, or brand collaborations (experience in the sports or entertainment sector is an advantage).
  • Previous experience in this industry and/or sport would be preferable.
  • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, and are confident engaging with diverse stakeholders globally.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment, and bring a proactive, creative and energetic mindset and willing to travel internationally as required.
