Job Title: ServiceNow Product Owner

Location: Birmingham

Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President

You will be joining the Automation Platforms team, responsible for the strategy and development of the core, cross-technology ServiceNow Enterprise Platform used for IT Service Management, Integrated Risk Management, as well as Hardware & Software Asset Management.

The Product Owner serves as the main contact for Process Owners of the ServiceNow Platform, ensuring that business demands align with the long-term ServiceNow strategy to maximize value.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support Senior Product Owners in defining the vision for platform modules aligned with business outcomes.
  • Manage product backlog and prioritize needs.
  • Oversee module configuration.
  • Anticipate customer needs and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Stay updated with the ServiceNow roadmap for relevant modules.
  • Understand platform setup, capacity planning, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Your skills and experience

  • Extensive experience in IT within large corporate environments, especially in Product Management or Financial Services Technology in a client-facing role.
  • Strong Project Management experience.
  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of ITIL/best practices and ability to work in virtual and matrix teams.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.
