With a global network including offices in New York, California, London, Frankfurt, Milan, Lisbon, Dublin, Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo, the Corporate Trust (CT) team at Deutsche Bank has long been recognised as a leader in the provision of administrative and fiduciary services to the global debt and equities markets.
You will drive new business growth across structures covering Asset Backed Securities, Collateralized loan obligation (CLOs) and Private Credit, Corporate Debt, Escrows, Project Finance and Loan Agency. You will be responsible for driving and expanding CT Sales efforts in the region, a specific focus on driving growth initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business across existing client, prospect and intermediary portfolio, originating new mandates across Trust products and client segments to grow revenues.
- Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term sales plans and campaigns for growth products, owning revenue and calling targets aligned to the CT business strategy.
- Collaborate with core pillars (CB, IB, PB) to maximise referral opportunities and grow CT revenues.
- Prepare and deliver RfP responses and tailored sales pitches.
- Execute the sales process across live pipeline, organise and execute calling plans and strategic initiatives.
- Represent the bank at industry conferences, seminars, and awards.
Your Skills And Experience
- Track record in product sales and delivering sales growth.
- Relevant product, market development and corporate strategy experience at a leading financial institution (Securitisation/Capital Markets/Corporate Trust).
- Knowledge of corporate trust products and core client segments, with a history of positive client engagement.
- Experience managing aggressive revenue targets and building new successful relationships.
- Ability to articulate clearly to executive audiences and present to senior stakeholders.
- Foreign language skills (German/Spanish/French) are beneficial but not essential.
