The Reputational Risk (RR) function in Deutsche Bank is a part of the Non-Financial Risk Organisation within the Chief Risk Office (CRO). Within this role, you will be responsible for helping to implement the bank's global Reputational Risk Framework. The Framework is in place to manage the process through which active decisions are taken on matters which may pose a reputational risk to the Bank and in doing so to prevent damage to its reputation wherever possible.
Your key responsibilities:
- Acting as a day-to-day point of contact on reputational risk matters and enquiries for real-time business transactions and opportunities.
- Supporting as a central point of contact and liaising with the 1st, 2nd Lines of Defence and other stakeholders.
- Providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) advice on specialised analysis topics relating to Reputational Risk.
- Managing analytical deep-dives, change initiatives, maintaining stakeholder dialogue and other team support.
- Providing guidance support for the implementation of Human Rights and other Social Risks from a reputational risk perspective.
- Overseeing the production of regular Management Information and other various ad-hoc reports.
Your skills and experience:
- Experience in a similar analysis and risk role and an understanding of risk management processes, preferably in the non-financial risk space, as well as the supporting infrastructure and controls.
- Some experience in a global business, risk management or other relevant control function.
- Some experience of dealing with stakeholders within a high-pressured and dynamic environment.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to work to deadlines, naturally proactive and willing to take responsibility for the successful delivery of initiatives across the Reputational Risk team.
- Some experience in producing Management Information or other types of reports for senior managers.
- Experience with Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) analysis preferred.
