Your key responsibilities
- To design and solve problems via product design and solutioning
- Demonstrate an ability to innovate and create solutions where problems are identified
- Implement strong levels of control in the processing and oversight of product engagement e.g. roadmaps, strategies
- Question the status quo whilst building your knowledge on current product offerings, identify gaps and areas of opportunity to grow business and revenue
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Operations, Technology, Business) to ensure needs are met and priorities are understood
- Understand vendor solutions, market trends and upcoming regulations; remain current with the competitive landscape
Your skills and experience
- Experience of running teams/multiple stakeholders
- Product management or large-scale project delivery experience essential
- Relevant working experience, e.g. Securities Services (Custody/Fund Services)
- External client experience essential and a strong knowledge of industry trends/challenges
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to drive tasks to conclusion
- Solution orientated individual who can break down complex tasks into deliveries
