Position Overview
You will be joining Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (DBMC), the Bank’s in-house management consulting team that partners with senior leaders to actively contribute to the bank’s strategic objectives. DBMC connects strategy to execution with measurable outcomes. Our role is to support the bank’s transformation journey, helping to define and operationalize its key priorities. To achieve this, we collaborate with business divisions and infrastructure functions across Deutsche Bank’s global platform. Our Engagements cover a wide range of topics including strategic growth initiatives, product development, process optimization, risk and regulatory transformation, generative AI adoption, as well as organizational / operating model design. This provides our team with broad exposure to the bank’s key priorities, diverse topics, and the opportunity to work with multiple DBMC engagement teams and senior clients. We are a dynamic, highly motivated, and multicultural team with a global presence, operating from offices in Frankfurt, London, and Mumbai. You will work in a multicultural team, regularly collaborating with international colleagues across different regions.

Your key responsibilities
- Managing and supporting key strategic projects in design and implementation leveraging strategic and technical skillset to drive value and deliver critical change initiatives
- Supporting DBMC senior management in designing strategy, managing team of junior consultants, and co-ordination with senior stakeholders
- Leading and promoting the development of a small high-performing project team, whilst helping to drive internal topics and implementing best practices
- Developing the necessary and appropriate structures and frameworks to aid robust analysis and development of solutions, ultimately to ensure positive outcomes and sustainable results
- Managing and are responsible for the preparation of decision-making documents for senior executives and the management board
Your skills and experience
- Significant relevant financial services background in Tier1/Tier 2 management consulting or within strategy and transformation teams of other large banks
- Knowledge of and exposure to Business (Investment bank, Corporate bank) or Infrastructure functions (Operations, Transformation…) is preferred
- Managing, coaching
