As a Service Executive you will service internal clients (Relationship Managers "RMs" and Client Service Executives "CSEs") in the management of their day-to-day needs. In general this includes solving problems and providing lending and payments administrative and operational support.
Your key responsibilities
- Proactive liaising with Front office and lending colleagues to determine Loan pipeline, process loan rollovers and loan drawdowns.
- Use the Credit Approval and Documentation Tool to input front-office requests for Lombard limits and use of Avaloq (core banking platform) to facilitate loan processing.
- Process client instructions such as payments, security transfers, within established deadlines and set up new portfolios for new and existing clients. Completion of static data changes in Avaloq (core banking system used) and apply the correct attributes to each.
- Set up pricing conditions to client portfolios to ensure the correct fees are being applied to client accounts.
- Research, follow up, and resolve client inquiries through effective interaction with RMs and CSEs and the respective departments of the bank and close accounts, ensuring that the proper documentation has been obtained.
- Proactively look to streamline processes and promote initiatives to improve both client experience and remove internal deficiencies as well as adhering to all regulatory and compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure that the Bank is fully protected.
Your skills and experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification and/or work experience.
- Experience in a Private Banking / Wealth Management support function mandatory and previous experience in using Avaloq or similar core banking systems.
- Good understanding of Wealth Management products, services and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to handle high volumes of work accurately, under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Positive, can-do attitude, proactive self-starter.
- High degree of professionalism, ownership and accountability.
