You will join the Client Risk Rating (CRR) team in the AFC department as a Regulatory Control Advisor Specialist / Business Analyst. The team maintains and manages the process of updating the AFC customer risk rating methodology and associated risk lists meeting Deutsche Bank policy & regulatory expectations. You will support the regular group wide CRR Methodology, and work closely with respective global, local and regional stakeholders within AFC, Business Line, and IT in defining business and data requirements, and in leading & overseeing data collection and processing.

Your key responsibilities:
- Support ongoing change to model and data flows.
- Support IT with the creation data controls & oversight features.
- Automation / standardization of test data / simulation environment.
- Data requirement specification and strategic sourcing.
- Transfer of manual calculation steps into automated logic in CRR model.
- Build enhanced Management Information and reporting functionalities.
Your skills and experience:
- Educated to University degree or equivalent qualification/ work experience or comparable career.
- Business Analyst skill set (requirement elicitation and documentation): Act as a bridge between business and IT.
- Understanding of JSON messages.
- Understanding of Data Governance.
- Understanding regarding development of qualitative risk models, such as client risk rating.
- Proactive and independent work attitude with a willingness to take over responsibility and work independently.
