Corporate Title: Analyst
Analyst role in the Nordic Investment Banking team in London, focused on covering clients, originating and executing mandates (e.g. private and public M&A for strategics and financial investors, ECM transactions and strategic financings) in close cooperation with sector and product teams.
Investment Banking and Capital Markets combines Investment Banking Coverage and Advisory along with Capital Markets to deliver the most appropriate products. Clients include major corporates, financial institutions, financial sponsors, governments and sovereigns around the world. Our industry expertise covers Consumer and Retail Services, Financial Institutions, Financial Sponsors, Healthcare, Industrials, Technology, Media & Telecom and Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure.

Your key responsibilities:
- Origination and execution of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and strategic financing transactions.
- Collaborating/coordinating with wider sector and product teams in the coverage effort of key Nordic accounts.
- Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling.
- Participate in leading workstreams and be one step ahead.
- In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and other investment bankers.
Your skills and experience:
- Strong analytical approach combined with creative problem solving abilities.
- High levels of initiative and ingenuity, high pro-activity levels and drive.
- Effective organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.
- Fluent in a Nordic language.
