Deutsche Bank’s Origination & Advisory business provides the full range of advisory and financing products and services of a leading Global Investment Bank. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.

You will be evaluating companies, developing models for M&A transactions, preparing industry and product analyses for pitches, monitoring capital markets and interpreting relevant data for our clients, or getting involved in the execution of live deals.

Your key responsibilities

  • Coordinating and supporting in origination and execution of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Leverage Finance (LDCM) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions.
  • Supporting senior bankers in the coverage effort of key accounts across the Financial Institutions Group sector.
  • Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit and financial modelling, preparing complex financial analysis and models.
  • Supporting the preparation of client presentations and pitches and speaking to clients on a daily basis.
