The Corporate Bank (CB) Production Client Access Services (CAS) Domain Lead is responsible for running and managing one of five domains within the production organisation. Accountable for the production operations of the portfolio of applications which form the CAS capability, this role reports directly to the Head of CB and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Production Services. From incident response to proactive activities to enhance production, this role will lead the global team delivering on all aspects to ultimately Make Production Better.

Your key responsibilities:
- Accountable for both the day to day running of the CAS production domain and driving the strategies to deliver improvements within the production environment.
- Ensuring coverage and capability in place in order to respond to daily portfolio of incidents and service requests raised.
- Driving Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices across the team to ensure we are engineering solutions to make the environment better.
- Understanding business requirements and client needs to ensure our service offering is meeting expectations.
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and partnership across all areas to meet maximum business benefits.
- Delivering against a solid set of production KPI’s which will make production better through fewer incidents, faster resolution, safer change, less manual effort, managed risk and better control.
Your skills and experience:
- Proven experience at Director level of Production Technology delivery end to end.
- Operational experience of running production teams to ensure content and context beyond the theory.
- Experience of running teams globally, defining objectives with ability to motivate a high performing team along multiple aspects of delivery in order to achieve a set of common objectives.
- Ability to formulate, communicate and influence a vision, building strategy and direction for long term sustainable success, whilst also being able to be more hands-on where required to ensure you are able to have good credibility both within production overall and direct teams.
- Ability to operate at scale and ensure Enterprise ready solutions which will require little to no refactoring as they progress from POC to Live.
- Experience of managing technical experts and teams, able to relate production priorities to their activities to deliver robust and sustainable solutions all of which drive to improve production.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
