Your key responsibilities:

  • Daily risk management of CLN/repack/EMTN books, including hedging, gamma management, scenario analysis and P&L attribution.
  • Provide consistent pricing and market‑making across CLNs, EMTN, repacks, callables and other rates exotics.
  • Partner with Sales/Structuring to originate and distribute investment products (across CLN, Repack, EMTN) to international investors (including distributors) and onshore CEEMEA clients.
  • Oversee trade booking, model selection/calibration and inventory; act as primary contact for Risk, Legal and Control functions.
  • Coordinate with XVA, Funding and Flow desks to optimise hedging, collateral usage and balance sheet efficiency.
  • Ensure robust governance on documentation and adherence to regulatory conduct standards.

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience in trading experience spanning flow and structured credit; hands‑on background in CLNs, repacks, CDS, and EM Currency Eurobonds; rates exotics experience a plus.
  • Strong understanding of CEEMEA local markets across rates, FX and credit and how they interact in structured solutions.
  • Demonstrable risk‑taking with daily P&L ownership; proficient in hedging non‑linear risks and managing model risk.

  • Experience directly interacting with clients, promoting trade ideas, and originating flows.
  • Clear, inclusive communication style and proven collaboration with Sales, Structuring, and Risk functions.
