Group Strategic Analytics (GSA) is part of Group Chief Operation Office (COO) which acts as the bridge between the Bank's businesses and infrastructure functions to help deliver the efficiency, control, and transformation goals of the Bank. You will work within the GSA team to implement a client strategy reporting platform. You will support delivering a high performance client analytics platform providing descriptive and predictive analytics on Deutsche Bank's clients, their performance and the opportunities they can provide. Familiarity with advanced data science techniques and machine learning methodologies plus a commercial attitude and detailâoriented approach to breaking down complex matters are required. You will become part of a worldâclass community focused on skills development and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a uniform set of client profitability metrics used across the Corporate Bank and Investment Bank
- Design and implement visualisations to embed analytics into business workflows
- Design and implement data models and flows that are optimally flexible and performant
- Proficient in data engineering and data science implementations in Python (Pandas) and SQL
- Experience with DashUI / agâgrid / plotly visualisation techniques is a plus
Skills and Experience
- Extensive data and analytics experience, ideally within a financial services environment. Expertise in visualisation design a plus.
- University degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics or a related field
- Excellent understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical models and data structures
- Ability to translate data to extract meaningful commercial insights and visualise data to support decision making processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and partner with various teams, and to explain complex concepts to nonâtechnical stakeholders
