You will be joining the Deutsche Bank Analytics (DBA) team in London. DBA is the front office quantitative research team within Group Strategic Analytics (GSA) in charge of the development of the pricing models used across all divisions of Deutsche Bank for trading and the risk management of Cash and Derivatives in all asset classes of the Bank including Rates, Credit, Foreign Exchange (FX), Commodities, Equities, Hybrids.
GSA is part of Group Chief Operation Office (COO) which acts as the bridge between the Bank's businesses and infrastructure functions to help deliver the efficiency, control, and transformation goals of the Bank.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the code architecture while adopting modern tools and technologies to ensure high standards of quality, efficiency and longāterm sustainability.
- Own the core codebase of the quantitative library, driving ongoing improvements in quality and performance. Core codebase includes all the infrastructure surrounding pricing models, for instance the interface with other systems, the maths library, data handling and grid computing.
- Develop and maintain quantitative development tools that support modelling and analytics workflows.
- Contribute to the evolution of the global DBAnalytics code architecture and strengthen integration between DBA and other GSA teams.
- Share responsibility for release processes and model control activities.
Your skills and experience
- Direct experience in a financial modelling or derivatives pricing development team for production use.
- Strong proficiency in C++, CMake, Python, and Excelābased tooling.
- Handsāon experience with development platforms including Git, TeamCity, cloud technologies, and AIādriven tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and partner with various teams, and to be able to explain complex concepts effectively.
