Indra is the central program driving the introduction and safe scaling of AI at Deutsche Bank. Focus is to identify AI potential across various banking operations, driving funded use cases into production to create value and confidence and scale across the bank, creating selected shared services with embedded safety to enable low cost scale, developing an AI Workbench for developers for safe AI development at pace, and introducing AI controls whilst aiming to maintain time to market.
This role leads the delivery of complex programs across multiple Agile teams, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes. It combines hands-on delivery leadership with strong financial oversight, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. A key focus is driving cross-team collaboration while embedding AI value realization within broader program goals.
Your key responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and implementing the overall project management strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
- Supporting and coordinating with multiple cross-functional Agile teams to track, consolidate, and ensure the successful delivery of complex programs within scope, time, and budget.
- Driving end-to-end program delivery by planning, tracking, and managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources across multiple workstreams.
- Work closely with Workstream leads on the progress of their OKRs, key achievements, blockers and Programme Level RAID items.
- Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and key stakeholders to align on priorities, requirements, and deliverables.
- Assist in establishing the programme structure and define roles and responsibilities of each stream within the programme.
- Facilitate the planning and execution of programme initiatives such as QBR’s and offsites, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Responsible for compiling and delivering monthly programme progress reports to OpCo and other senior forums, ensuring accurate tracking of milestones, progress and escalations.
Your skills and experience:
- Experience in managing large-scale programs with multiple Agile teams in a complex, matrixed organisation and exposure to AI space and basic understanding of AI productivity metrics.
- Expertise in Agile delivery frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and scaling Agile practices across teams as well as familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and other program management and reporting tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to proactively collaborate with, influence, and gather updates from busy Project Managers and technical workstream leads and the ability to engage at all organisational levels.
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Strong experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to produce executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and analysis.
- Highly adaptable and flexible; comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
