The Sales and Trading Legal team supports various businesses within Deutsche Bank’s Fixed Income and Currencies division. The team advises on a broad range of transactions including highly structured and bespoke derivatives, structured notes and repos across all asset classes including rates and credit. In this role, you will build close relationships with the business and advise on novel and complex structures. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to work with a market leading business on cutting‑edge transactions.

Your key responsibilities:
- Providing advice on legal, regulatory and reputational risk
- Drafting legal documentation for complex trades with a variety of asset classes and structures
- Assisting the business in devising and implementing strategic legal projects and initiatives

- A qualified lawyer
- A team player who is flexible and commercially minded
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Legal industry experience demonstrating the ability to interpret, draft and apply legal documents
