The Regulatory Training team within the Bank’s Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime Department provides support for the central development and implementation of global bank-wide mandatory & non-mandatory regulatory training. This training helps mitigate Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime and other non-financial risks the bank faces and addresses applicable regulatory, legal or internal requirements. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to drive a given number of online learning modules to completion and documentation, while adhering to strict timelines.

Your key responsibilities
- Driving the delivery of new courses and course updates across all divisions globally, as directed by the Training Manager
- Maintaining and enhancing the training plan, to make sure progress of courses is up to date, and data in the Training Plan is accurate
- Posting each course deployment, perform project review to make sure all key control documents are fully up to date to quality standards
- Performing monthly/quarterly control as detailed in supporting documents and control inventory
- Managing the review cycle for multiple course developments
- Course proof reading and testing to ensure a high-quality product

- Track record of successfully managing multiple simultaneous projects to completion
- Experience of Training/Learning Management System
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Skilled in excel, word, ppt
