Position Overview

You will sit within the Global Emerging Markets (GEM) Asia Product team and work closely with stakeholders across Asia, Europe, and the United States (US) to enable and deliver GEM Asia products. The role is product‑agnostic, covering both financial products and technology or workflow solutions used to service business operations. It owns the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from identifying client needs and business opportunities through to delivery, adoption, and ongoing support. A key focus is to provide deep Asia market and execution specialism to clients in the United Kingdom (UK) and Continental Europe, acting as a subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor. You will focus on engaging with large asset managers and generate end-to-end solutions to enable Foreign Exchange (FX) Solutions for clients equity/Fixed Income (FI) in Asia working closely with Custodians.

Your key responsibilities

  • Own delivery of GEM Asia products from client need identification through to execution and support.
  • Partner with Sales to understand client requests and define tailored, commercially viable solutions.
  • Develop business cases including market demand, competitive analysis, pricing, cost structures, Return on Investment (ROI), and market sizing.
  • Execute joint business plans with internal stakeholders to drive adoption, usage, and value creation.
  • Advise clients on execution strategy across GEM Asia products.
  • Support onboarding and adoption of electronic FX and workflow solutions and guide clients on liquidity access, venue selection, and execution methodologies.

Your skills and experience

  • Strong understanding of Asia markets, including execution dynamics and local regulatory environments and experience in FX sales, execution advisory, electronic trading, or workflow solutions.
  • Ability to engage clients credibly on execution quality, market structure, and risk considerations.
  • Strong analytical capability, including execution data and trading pattern analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical familiarity with electronic trading platforms, TCA tools, and Excel.
  • An additional European language is advantageous.
