Corporate Title: Analyst

Consistently recognised by the industry for activities in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising, our Corporate Finance business is a market leader in Origination & Advisory. We provide a full range of investment banking services, including public and private equity and debt financing, M&A advice, and private investment services for corporate and institutional clients.

Corporate Finance is organised through global products and regional client coverage spanning different geographies and industry-focused teams. You will join Investment Banking Coverage as an Analyst level investment banker and should demonstrate initiative and integrity, strong communication skills, commitment, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance, and Equity Capital Markets transactions with Financial Institutions clients
  • Support the FIG team in coverage of key accounts
  • Conduct sector and company research, financial analysis, valuation, and modelling
  • Communicate with team members and senior bankers during projects
  • Utilise sector knowledge to guide material production and assist bankers on opportunities
