Enterprise Process Model – Business Analyst role at Deutsche Bank, London. Architecture is a key pillar of the Bank’s Technology and Data Strategy. The Enterprise Process Model (EPM) is at the heart of how the Bank delivers resilience and regulatory compliance, evolving to a strategic capability that underpins change. This role drives governance, embeds agile ways of working, and influences how the Bank designs and manages its processes at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, interpret, and document business requirements; perform gap analysis and data interpretation to produce clear specifications and decision-ready options
  • Monitor development progress against milestones, ensuring timely delivery of core outputs with guidance, risk management, and escalation support
  • Partner with technology and governance teams to embed product-led practices, utilise agile methods, and drive improvements
  • Help define and shape the target state operating model for Enterprise Process Model, ensuring alignment across divisions and with regulatory requirements
  • Enhance and operationalise EPM governance (policies, standards, decision forums, controls); identify improvement opportunities and lead cross-divisional changes to embed best practice
  • Collaborate with SMEs to evolve the EPM logical/meta model and align taxonomies across the organisation

Qualifications & Skills

  • Business analysis and product experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to process governance or business architecture
  • Proven ability to elicit and document requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate needs into decision-ready options and high-quality specifications
  • Hands-on experience modelling business processes, with solid understanding of modelling standards and QA
  • Experience managing backlogs (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) and partnering with technology teams in agile delivery (Jira/Confluence)
  • Track record in governance frameworks: policies, standards, decision forums, and operationalising controls
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; able to simplify complex topics for senior audiences
