Corporate Title: Vice President

Group Strategic Analytics (GSA) is part of Group Chief Operation Office (COO) and bridges the Bank’s businesses with infrastructure functions, delivering efficiency, control and transformation goals. You will join the Kannon Franchise Pricing Strategy team within GSA, focusing on quantitative analytics, modelling, pricing, and risk management across all asset classes to build scalable front‑office pricing and risk systems.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop core trading system libraries for Deutsche Bank’s Global Markets in Rates, Flow Credit, Commodities and Emerging Markets Debt, focusing on machine learning (ML) integration to improve trade and RFQ flow, particularly for the swaps desk.
  • Collaborate closely with traders, quants and other team members to extend trading and risk‑management platforms.
  • Support build‑out of the Global Markets strategic analytics platform with Corporate and Investment Bank Technology.
  • Assist Global Markets businesses in migrating to the single strategic analytics platform.

Your skills and experience:

  • Prior experience in finance, especially fixed‑income derivatives; interest‑rate swap exposure is a plus.
  • Excellent programming skills in C++; Python, Lua and SQL are additional assets.
  • Strong numeracy skills, ideally with machine‑learning experience.
  • Effective communication across teams and functions, with excellent presentation skills.
  • High‑level interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize projects against tight deadlines.
  • Self‑motivated with a ‘can‑do’ attitude and enthusiasm for taking on multiple responsibilities.
