Your responsibilities:
- Lead execution of M&A and ECM transactions, manage deal processes, and prepare documentation
- Develop financial models, conduct valuations, and research industry trends
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and research teams; manage internal deal processes
- Support senior bankers in client relationship management and business development
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Experience in investment banking, preferably within FIG; other financial services experience is also valuable
- Proven success in executing M&A, ECM, or DCM transactions
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
