About the role
As an O&A Graduate, you’ll work on projects to help our clients reach their financial goals. Your day-to-day tasks may vary depending on your business area, but Analyst responsibilities typically include:
- Monitoring capital market activity, trends and investor sentiment; performing in-depth company analysis on specific situations
- Supporting the execution of client advisory and financial transactions while managing multiple projects with rigid and, at times, global timelines
- Preparing marketing materials and transaction documentation, including pitch books, corporate and investor profiles, and analysis
- Conducting detailed financial analysis, market data and transaction details to identify appropriate comparables and contribute to pricing recommendations for new issuances
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, research, legal teams) and external parties (investors, legal counsel)
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of the products and services offered and their application to client needs

A formal mathematical or financial background isn’t required. Our comprehensive training programs will provide you technical skills you’ll need to build a career with us.
Eligibility
- Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1 January 2025 and 31 July 2026.
- Be able to start full-time work in July 2026, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.
- You should also be on track for a 2:1 or First (or equivalent) in your undergraduate degree.
- Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.
- Fluency in a European language is desirable for some placements within Origination and Advisory, in addition to English.
