About the role: Launch your career in Fixed Income via our Direct-to-Desk Graduate Programme. Following an extensive Orientation and Training programme, you will join your team and gain immediate, hands-on experience. What we look for: We’re looking for individuals with Strong intellectual curiosity Keen interest in global financial markets Driven, ambitious mindset Excellent critical thinking, problem solving skills and analytical ability Possess strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills To be eligible for the 2027 Graduate Programme you must: Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st January 2026 and 31st July 2027. Be able to start full time work in July 2027, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements. You should also be on track for a 2:1 or First (or equivalent) in your undergraduate degree. Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.
