Our Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Technology team builds and operates solutions that implement the Bank’s financial crime control framework. In this role, you will be working with the TDI delivery teams, AFC business partners as well as GSA coordinating the execution of the Transaction Monitoring Strategy across 42 jurisdictions. The Strategic Transaction Monitoring program establishes effective client risk management in compliance with global regulations by transforming payment and client data into actionable intelligence for identification of high-impact financial crime.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead the TDI Program Management Office for the Strategic Transaction Monitoring program.
  • Coordinate execution of the operational and technical implementation strategy across Business, Infrastructure, and Technology teams.
  • Communicate programme changes and progress to senior management, ensuring strategic alignment of requirements, prioritisation and delivery plans.
  • Deliver planned benefits within budget and proactively manage delivery risks, issues, escalations, and dependencies across TDI, AFC and GSA.

Your skills and experience:

  • A strong track record in managing global change programs to combat Financial Crime Risk, with relevant experience in business analysis, operational risk management and technological change implementation (experience working in financial services is preferred).
  • Outstanding experience in managing AFC risks across the value chain and understanding of how these relate to the various product, service and client offerings.
  • Expert understanding of the Data operating model, and how to achieve compliance with the minimum data standards.
  • Leadership experience defining strategy and solutions and mobilising workstream plans and ensuring effective risk, issue and dependency documentation and resolution and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proven track record managing large scale complex transformation programs with a focus on regulatory and control initiatives across the full lifecycle, along with previous experience in Agile transformation or delivery.
  • Advanced skills in effective stakeholder management along with advanced problem-solving skills.
