As a Mobility Site Reliability Engineer on our End User Computing team, you will be a key member of the team making the bank’s hybrid working model possible. You will ensure the stability of Mobile Device Management platforms like Microsoft Intune to enable our colleagues to work from anywhere. As a skilled member of a global team, you will partner with your engineering and product colleagues inside and outside your core team to detect and respond to issues, prepare and execute Disaster Recovery plans, and plan and implement safe scalable changes in a blend of Agile ceremonies and ITILv4 process.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user and platform incidents for our mobile device platforms in ServiceNow with an engineering mind – assessing root cause to stop the incidents from coming again by drafting knowledge, automation, or recommending product enhancements.
- Develop strategies to detect and respond to issues on our platforms, provide self-healing or self-service options for impacted end-users, and consumable technical and end-user knowledge for the platform.
- Strong technical resource to share and exchange knowledge with your squad mates as well as support teams across the bank, enabling our teams to continuously learn and better respond to issues.
- Plan and deploy changes safely – we are continuously improving, you will need an engineering mindset to understand change being proposed, potential risks and impacts, and mitigation strategies to drive safe change on this platform, and consider if CI/CD pipelines can be built for repeatable change.
- Participate in daily huddles and agile ceremonies with your squad mates to coordinate and plan.
Your Skills And Experience
- Demonstratable experience at Level 2 or 3 supporting end-user devices on the Apple iOS platform.
- Demonstratable experience supporting, implementing, or engineering Mobile Device Management platforms like Airwatch, MobileIron, JAMF, or Intune at Level 2 or 3.
- Demonstratable understanding of the basics of Microsoft Entra ID.
- Demonstratable understanding of Site Reliability Engineering concepts.
