You will join as Industrials Coverage Analyst.

Your key responsibilities
- Assisting in origination and execution of corporate finance transactions.
- Driving the development of compelling client and investor materials.
- Financial modelling that supports transaction origination and execution.
- Effectively delegating tasks to other bankers.
- Supporting the broader franchise with tasks such as organising recruitment events and running point on the intern programme and subsequent development.
Your skills and experience
- Analyst level from other investment banks.
- M&A professionals from the major accounting firms (working in M&A, not Transaction Services (TS)).
- Excellent technical skills.
- Ideally focused on Industrial transactions but the team is open to other sector backgrounds too.
- Familiar with the Corporate Finance toolkit and the whole transaction process.
- Team player.
