What we’ll offer you:
- Hybrid Working - we understand that employee expectations and preferences are changing. We have implemented a model that enables eligible employees to work remotely for a part of their working time and reach a working pattern that works for them.

Your key responsibilities:
- Leading the development of enterprise-wide AI cost and run-rate models, shaping multi-year investment strategy across divisions, platforms, and use case portfolios.
- Owning and evolving AI cost modelling capabilities, including advanced scenario planning, scaling assumptions, and adoption curves to inform executive decision-making.
- Driving deep insights into AI cost drivers (tokens, compute, storage, APIs, licensing, model mix, agent scaling) and anticipate impact of vendor pricing and technology evolution on strategic spend.
- Establishing and embedding AI value realisation frameworks, quantifying productivity, financial impact, and risk reduction with robust, defensible assumptions.
- Partnering at senior levels across Technology, Finance, COO, Procurement, and business leadership to influence investment prioritisation, governance, and cost transparency outcomes.
- Delivering executive-level narratives, reporting, and thought leadership (incl. dashboards and AI insights communications), translating complex data into clear strategic actions and recommendations.
Your skills and experience:
- Strong Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis for AI and technology initiatives, ensuring accurate cost estimation and forward-looking insights.
- Build and maintain scalable, transparent cost models covering AI/ML drivers (tokens, compute, storage, APIs, licensing, and cloud consumption).
- Drive technology cost transparency and financial governance, leveraging FinOps practices and tools such as Apptio (or similar platforms).
- Translate complex cost and usage data into clear business insights, supporting executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Finance, COO, Procurement, and business teams to align on cost structures and investment priorities.
- Prepare high-quality senior management packs, reports, and recommendations, utilizing advanced Excel and complementary tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python) where applicable.
How we’ll support you:
- Training and development to help you excel in your career.
- A culture of continuous learning to aid progression.
- A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs.
