On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Team Assistant for a 6 month contract based in the bank's London offices, on a PAYE day rate engagement on a hybrid working pattern.
Purpose of the role: The Equity Distribution Team Assistant provides essential administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Equity Distribution (EqD) business. The role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities, supporting senior stakeholders, and maintaining efficient communication across internal and external interfaces. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role offering strong exposure to front-office activities, senior leadership, and the broader capital markets environment.
What you'll do:
- Provide proactive diary management for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Act as a central coordination point for the Equity Distribution team.
- Assist with day-to-day business logistics (office coordination, facilities requests, IT issues).
- Arrange travel itineraries (flights, accommodation, visas where required).
- Process expenses in line with bank policy, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support technology rollouts and internal communications (e.g. Teams, system updates).
- Maintain filing systems and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies (expenses, travel, access approvals, data handling).
- Support audit and compliance processes where required.
