On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Senior AML/KYC Analyst - Alternative Investments for a 6 Month contract based in London, hybrid (3 days in the office).

Purpose of the role:

The Senior AML/KYC Analyst - Alternative Investments supports DWS's Alternatives platform in the effective execution of AML/KYC controls. The role reports to the Senior Team Manager Client Due Diligence Transactional and contributes to ensuring a transparent and well-controlled investment process across Alternative and Illiquid strategies.

What you'll do:

  • Perform AML/KYC due diligence on transactions across the Alternatives and Illiquid Investment platform (Real Estate, Infrastructure, Direct Lending, Private Equity).
  • Contribute to the improvement of due-diligence processes, documentation practices and supporting systems, ensuring clarity and traceability of new and ongoing transactions.
  • Assist in the implementation of regulatory changes and participate in cross-functional project activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business partners and second-line control functions, ensuring clear and timely communication of relevant issues.

The skills you'll need:

  • Experience in AML/KYC, Compliance or Financial Crime functions within financial services; prior exposure to Asset Management or Alternatives is preferred.
  • Good understanding of investment transaction processes; knowledge of Alternative or Illiquid investments is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German language proficiency is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably, with a structured approach to prioritising tasks.
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across different departments.
