Indra is the central program driving the introduction and safe scaling of AI at Deutsche Bank. The focus is to identify AI potential across various banking operations, drive funded use cases into production to create value and confidence, scale across the bank, establish shared services with embedded safety for low‑cost scale, develop an AI Workbench for developers, and introduce AI controls while maintaining time to market. This role leads the delivery of complex programmes across multiple Agile teams, ensuring timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality outcomes. It combines hands‑on delivery leadership with strong financial oversight, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. A key focus is driving cross‑team collaboration while embedding AI value realization within broader programme goals.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Assist in establishing the programme structure and defining roles and responsibilities of each stream within the programme.
  • Lead and manage multiple cross‑functional Agile teams to ensure successful delivery of complex programmes within scope, time, and budget.
  • Drive end‑to‑end programme delivery by planning, tracking, and managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources across multiple workstreams.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and key stakeholders to align on priorities, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting to ensure optimal use of resources and cost‑effective delivery.
  • Build a framework to track AI value realization and productivity gains as part of the wider programme objectives.
  • Develop and maintain robust tracking and reporting (primarily in Excel and other appropriate platforms) to provide transparent, accurate views of delivery milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, and benefits for effective governance and decision‑making.

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience in managing large‑scale programmes with multiple Agile teams in a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong track record in programme planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to produce executive‑ready presentations, dashboards, and analysis.
  • Expertise in Agile delivery frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and scaling Agile practices across teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and other programme management and reporting tools.
  • Exposure to the AI space and basic understanding of AI productivity metrics.
