Deutsche Bank Wealth Management is one of the largest wealth managers worldwide. You will be responsible for supporting the Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Managers in the day‑to‑day servicing of clients, handling general enquiries, and ensuring clients’ needs are met across booking centres. You will process transactions, manage accounts, and provide all‑round operational support.

Your key responsibilities
- Support the Head of Wealth Planning for the United Kingdom and Switzerland with the build‑out of our wealth planning services.
- Organise and help drive intermediary engagement, including pipeline and activity management.
- Know Your Client (KYC) and other business requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of client meeting documentation, such as new pitches, presentations and bespoke reporting for clients.
- Contribute to the growth of the business in cooperation with the RM in prospect and pipeline management.
- Manage the start‑to‑finish process of opening accounts, ensuring that the correct documentation has been obtained from clients and the RM in line with KYC requirements, and liaise with relevant departments to ensure effective completion.
- Work closely with RMs in the provision and maintenance of periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies and procedures.
- Process and follow‑up to completion of all client payment instructions.
Your skills and experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive approach.
- Eager to help improve processes, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience.
- Relevant industry experience in client services/private banking support role within private client wealth management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
