Corporate Title: Vice President Anti-Financial-Crime (AFC) Technology
As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with business partners and several IT teams to define and realize a product vision that supports a oneâstop shop for AFC.
Key Responsibilities- Defining and contributing to the product vision and roadmap, and championing Product and Design Thinking
- Managing program and team backlogs, including leading the refinement process and setting priorities
- Setting valueâbased goals for the product through various metrics and KPIs, and owning value realization and measurement
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Product Owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies across teams and value streams, and to help align teams against a common vision
- Managing talent, including mentoring and coaching, offering constructive feedback, and succession planning
- Identifying opportunities for, and overseeing the integration of, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enhance product capabilities and drive efficiency
- Experience of working in an agile environment, practicing Scrum, Kanban, XP or SAFe
- Ability to acquire deep business, functional, nonâfunctional and technical knowledge in the product area, and communicate to business and engineering stakeholders to create the product vision
- Ability to write feature acceptance criteria and define MVP for products
- Create user stories in INVEST format and help the development team define and refine the acceptance criteria
- Drive the endâtoâend lifecycle of a requirementâfrom elicitation to UAT acceptance and release
- Experience of working closely with stakeholders to define a Target Operating Model (TOM)
