Job Description: Transformation Strategy Engagement Manager
Location: London
Corporate Title: VP
You will join Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (DBMC), the Bank\βs in-house management consulting function, operating across London, Frankfurt, and Mumbai. The team partners with senior executives to deliver impactful strategic and transformation projects, including supporting the Bank\βs transformation agenda, driving innovation, and addressing pressing issues across all areas of the Bank.

- Preparing decision-making documents for senior executives and the management board
Skills and Experience
- Significant financial services experience in Tier 1/Tier 2 management consulting or within strategy and transformation teams of leading banks
- Knowledge of Business or Infrastructure functions is preferred
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Track record of identifying opportunities, building strategies, and implementing change
- Strong interpersonal, influencing skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor\βs degree required; MBA preferred
