The role is to support the mission‑critical ServiceNow platform used across the organisation, maintaining platform stability, availability and service quality, and supporting teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day‑to‑day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including instance management, access control and instance health monitoring.
  • Maintain platform configurations, including workflows, forms, UI policies and business rules.
  • Contribute to stakeholder communication, issue resolution and service improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers and Architects to deliver platform enhancements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve platform issues, defects and performance bottlenecks.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within ITSM and platform processes.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience administering ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
  • Understanding of core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB and Service Request.
  • Working knowledge of platform configuration (flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies).
  • Familiarity with incident, problem, change and request management processes.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
