Market Data is a crucial requirement for all parts of Deutsche Bank, most significantly for the Investment Bank. This senior role will be important for the Real Time Market Data (RTMD) Technology team to further enable transformation of our global platforms. You will be responsible for the RTDS/RTMDS platform engineering and the transformation to a hybrid cloud model, as well as distributing data from our large vendors such as LSEG, Bloomberg, ICE.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Development / maintenance of real-time market data platforms and API (TREP, BPIPE, DACS, RTDS).
  • Packaging & validating multiple vendor products on our various infrastructures – cloud/on-prem (GCP/Anthos/Bare metal).
  • Configuring & tuning market data infrastructure products in a Unix/Linux environment.
  • Providing standards for our global MDT (Market Data Technology) teams.
  • Third level support for market data applications.
  • Development of test tools & scripts.

Your skills and experience:

  • Strong LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group/Refinitiv) TREP (Thomson Reuters Enterprise Platform)/RTDS (Real Time Distribution System) engineer - building, configuring and fault finding global platforms.
  • Working directly with market data vendors e.g. LSEG, Bloomberg, ICE.
  • Good understanding of networking and firewalls.
  • Any Cloud Migration Knowledge is useful.
  • Ability to work with diverse global teams.
  • Good Understanding of market data.
