Join Deutsche Bank's AI Tribe as a Data Scientist and help deliver innovative machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions that create measurable business impact across the bank. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, architects and business stakeholders to develop, deploy and enhance advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities. You will play a key role across the full data science lifecycle, from data exploration and model development through to production deployment and ongoing optimisation. Your key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver machine learning and advanced analytics solutions aligned to business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Apply the end-to-end data science lifecycle, including data preparation, feature engineering, model development, evaluation and deployment.
- Build predictive models and data-driven solutions using modern data science techniques and technologies.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams and technology partners to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
- Communicate findings, recommendations and model outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, tools and methodologies to drive innovation and improve delivery effectiveness.
Your skills and experience
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related quantitative discipline.
- Experience delivering data science, machine learning or advanced analytics solutions in a commercial environment.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with modern data science libraries and frameworks.
- Experience working with cloud-based data and analytics platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform or equivalent technologies.
- Good understanding of statistical modelling, machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
