Cross Asset Structurer – Cross Product & Platform Solutions (Associate / Vice President) – London
About the role
You will work within the Cross Product & Platform solutions team in the Fixed Income and Currencies division of the Investment Bank.
The team is responsible for the manufacturing and execution of repacks and structured notes.
This structurer role focuses on structured notes and repackaging, with responsibility for content generation, marketing, pricing, structuring and the execution of repackaging and structured notes transactions for Europe, the Middle East and Africa client groups across asset classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and price structured note and repackaging content for EMEA clients.
- Market and execute repackaging and structured notes transactions.
- Lead product development for initiatives relevant to private banking and real‑money clients.
- Provide derivatives structuring expertise in support of the global cross‑asset structuring team.
- Work as part of a deal team alongside colleagues in structuring, trading and coverage.
- Build on deep single asset‑class expertise and broaden product knowledge across credit, rates and equity assets, while developing elite marketing skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in exotic derivatives (exotic credit, repackaging or exotic rates structuring or trading).
- Self‑starter capable of leading new product development and expanding the structured derivatives product suite.
- Track record of structured notes transactions at a tier‑one investment bank.
- Ability to manage a large workload quickly and prioritise urgent deadlines.
