We are looking for a Head of Asset Services Product with proven experience in Corporate Action processing. You will drive delivery of the Asset Services product and roadmap, manage product owners, and shape future strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the defined strategy for the Asset Services Product (Corporate Actions).
  • Ensure successful delivery within our Custody Transformation journey.
  • Maintain sprint management according to Agile process.
  • Monitor vendor delivery to meet internal standards.
  • Collaborate with peers across Tech and Ops and manage Quarterly Business Review process.
  • Report progress, risks, and deliveries to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior experience leading Corporate Actions/Asset Services deliveries in banks or custodians.
  • People‑management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Corporate Action market nuances across Europe (essential) and globally (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Proven relevant working experience in this domain.
