The CEEMEA Investment Banking team focuses on clients and transactions across Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, delivering cross‐border advisory and financing solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the origination and execution of M&A, ECM, DCM and other strategic advisory transactions across Central and Eastern Europe and the broader CEEMEA region
- Coordinate transaction processes and workstreams across clients, product teams, legal advisers and other external stakeholders
- Prepare and review financial models, valuation analyses, merger models and transaction‐related materials
- Develop high‐quality client presentations, pitchbooks, strategic reviews and marketing materials
- Conduct company, industry and market research and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients
- Work closely with senior bankers on client coverage initiatives and business development opportunities
Your Skills and Experience:
- Relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, M&A advisory, Capital Markets or a related field
- Strong execution experience and understanding of transaction processes across advisory and capital markets products
- Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities
- Strong commercial judgement and problem‐solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and perform effectively in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior stakeholders
