The Infrastructure Production Management team is responsible for the end-to-end oversight of production stability across the bank's core technology infrastructure. Our activities include incident reduction, major incident governance, problem acceleration, change assurance and disaster recovery readiness. We act as a central coordination function, working across internal teams and external vendors to ensure a resilient and reliable production environment.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and operational health of our global infrastructure estate. You will work closely with the regional Production Managers and various technology teams to coordinate day-to-day operational activities, assist in managing incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This position is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong technical foundation to develop their skills within a large-scale, global financial services environment.

Your skills and experience:
- Experience in an IT Infrastructure Operations, Service Management, or Production Support role.
- Strong foundational knowledge of core infrastructure components such as Compute (e.g., Unix/Linux/Windows), Databases (e.g., Oracle/SQL Server), Storage, Backup, and Networks.
- A strong understanding of ITIL principles (V3 or above), particularly in Incident, Problem, and Change Management. An ITIL Foundation certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an organized and self-motivated approach.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry or another highly regulated sector is beneficial.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
