Based in London within the Private Bank division, this Event Marketing role plays a key part in shaping and executing the businesses global event strategy.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering in-person, virtual, and hybrid events across international markets.
The role demands strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across business divisions to ensure alignment with strategic goals and brand standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events on a global scale with a focus on the business strategic partnerships
  • Collaboration with other bank divisions and stakeholders to define event goals and support the seamless execution of events
  • Partner with external vendors and internal teams to coordinate all aspects of global event planning including partners, venues and in house events team in other divisions and agencies
  • Requirement to liaise with senior management and offices to ensure smooth coordination of client invitation process
  • Manage event budgets, track spend against purchase orders, reconcile costs, and drive cost-efficiencies where possible
  • Oversee the client journey across global events, optimising the delegate management system and enhancing digital tools (digital ticketing, on-site reporting app and delegate apps). Deliver event registration and attendance reports, providing strategically thought through, accurate and valuable business focused data insights

Your Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience in the financial sector (but not essential)
  • Able to work independently and collaborate within a team environment. Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with good presentation and organisation skills
  • Confidence in communicating at all levels globally and to a diverse external network
  • Occasional international travel may be required for event coordination, client meetings or on-site support
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
