As QA Lead Automation Engineer for Archiving Technology, you will work with Test Engineers and Product colleagues to ensure a thorough and consistent approach to Test Automation across our domain.

Key Responsibilities
- Standardisation, continuous improvement & maintenance of the Test Automation Framework across Archiving Technology, including coding guidelines.
- Establish a standard automation test approach to test different layers of the product (UI, API, Database, etc.).
- Develop automated Test Automation dashboards for Archiving Tech.
- Coach and mentor junior Quality Engineers on Test Automation.
- Share knowledge on approach and solutions to Test Automation issues/challenges through demonstrations.
- Define Non‑Financial Risk (NFR) & related performance testing approach, ensuring adherence to the Bank's performance monitoring standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience defining & implementing Test Automation strategies in large IT organisations, ideally within Agile, CI/CD and DevOps environments.
- Thorough understanding of TDD and BDD techniques, including Gerkin/Cucumber syntax.
- Knowledge of automated design patterns: Page Object Model, Factory Design Pattern, Façade Pattern, Singleton Pattern.
- Significant experience with Selenium & Serenity, TestNG, JUnit, LoadRunner/Performance Center, JMeter, integration with Jenkins & TeamCity.
- Demonstrable experience in defining Non‑Functional Requirements and developing performance testing automation frameworks.
- Good working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint Online, O365 and ServiceNow.
