About the role:
Responsible for leading strategic projects across Deutsche Bank’s transformation journey, partnering with senior leaders, and managing a small high‑performing consulting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support key strategic projects in design and implementation to deliver change initiatives.
- Support DBMC senior management in strategy design, team management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing project team, driving internal topics and best practices.
- Develop structures and frameworks for robust analysis and solution development, ensuring sustainable results.
- Prepare decision‑making documents for senior executives and the management board.
Skills and Experience:
- Significant background in financial services with Tier‑1/Tier‑2 management consulting or strategy & transformation in large banks.
- Knowledge/experience in business (investment or corporate banking) or infrastructure functions (operations, transformation).
- Track record of identifying opportunities, building strategies, and driving change with senior leadership.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
