Responsibilities
- Deliver the defined strategy for the Asset Services Product (Corporate Actions)
- Accountable for the successful delivery of the Asset Services product within our Custody Transformation journey
- Accountable for ensuring sprint management adheres to the Agile process
- Ensure any vendor delivery is closely monitored and meets internal standards
- Work in close partnership with peers across Tech and Ops taking responsibility for the Quarterly Business review process
- Responsible for regular senior management reporting of progress, risks, deliveries etc.
Qualifications
- Prior experience leading the Corporate Actions/Asset Services deliveries of other Banks/Custodians
- People management experience
- Deep knowledge of the Corporate Action market nuances across Europe (essential) and globally (preferred)
- Strong communicator – written and verbal with high attention to detail
- Prior use of Agile methodology preferred
- Proven relevant working experience
