Join our Anti‑Financial Crime (AFC) Technology department as part of a multi‑skilled agile team. You will help roll out sophisticated automation that supports Deutsche Bank’s critical control infrastructure and accelerate the delivery of key regulatory deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master and facilitate iterative delivery by guiding the team through agile best practices.
- Participate in broader planning to identify thematic tasks for the backlog.
- Contribute code and test automation to support the team in delivering working software.
- Track progress, log risks, and report transparently with the Programme Manager.
- Collaborate with team members to refine the backlog and manage outstanding items.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an Agile Practitioner or Scrum Master, ideally in a technology delivery environment.
- Understanding of modern development practices (CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps).
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Hands‑on programming ability in at least one language such as Python, Java, or SQL.
- Strong communication skills to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of Anti‑Financial Crime challenges and the broader Payments industry is an advantage.
