The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

This role sits within the CEO COO Team, primarily supporting the Legal Department’s change agenda while also contributing to broader CEO function change initiatives. It offers an AVP‑level candidate the chance to lead AI‑led projects, regulatory implementation, audit remediation, and business‑driven change across a global portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of change initiatives across CEO functions with a focus on the Legal Department.
  • Produce and maintain core project management artefacts (project plans, PIDs, Gantt charts, RAID logs) and provide regular, accurate status updates to senior management.
  • Partner with stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and delivery plans.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and sprint review sessions, ensuring actions, decisions, and follow‑ups are captured and progressed.
  • Support AI‑led initiatives, regulatory implementation, and audit remediation workstreams by identifying efficiency opportunities and driving execution to completion.

Skills & Experience

  • Graduated or equivalent experience in a business change, project management, or business analysis role with demonstrable delivery of change initiatives.
  • Preferable experience supporting AI‐related, regulatory implementation or audit remediation projects.
  • Strong business‑change and delivery support capabilities rather than a pure technology role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with product and project management processes and techniques (roadmaps, reporting, milestone tracking, RAID, RACI).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, work collaboratively across global teams, and operate proactively.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills with an interest in process improvement.
  • A Legal background is not required; expertise is based on Project Management.
